Situated at the end of the picturesque little village of Liptovsky Trnovec. Stretching between Liptovska Mara lake and the High Tatras Mountain range it is perfectly located for a whole range of activities.

Surrounded by green plains, mountains, rivers and lakes it is a backdrop that will take your breath away every season. The inspirational nature offers peace and tranquillity or if you prefer endless activities for young and old, families, adventurers and sports lovers. From hiking through to water rafting, cycling and skiing there is something for everyone.

The House

The mill has been reconstructed into a beautiful home giving life to its original features

Refurbished and redesigned

Bringing open space, light and comfort to visitors. It has been fully refurbished and redesigned to the highest standard. We used natural materials and cherry picked our furniture. It comfortably accommodates 3 families or groups up to 12 people.

The large open plan, fully fitted kitchen and dining room complete with cosy stove is a centrepiece for bringing everyone together to share a family meal. The Living room is dominated with a tall stone fireplace and huge 12 seater sofa. With two galleries above providing space for games, reading, afternoon naps and evening gatherings.

The house if fully equipped with Wi-Fi, TV with local satellite programs, sound system and security system.

The Rooms and Bathrooms

Wooden bespoke furniture

Each room is furnished with wooden bespoke furniture and the beds are super king size with orthopedic mattresses. In three rooms, the beds can be split from doubles to twin singles. Each room has plenty of space to fit an additional baby cot or cot bed as well as safety bars which we are happy to provide upon request.

The SPA

In the original stone walled basement of the mill is a steam room (6-8ppl) with shower, surrounded by swinging chairs and little winery leading up to the patio with jacuzzi (4-8ppl) for the ultimate sunset view.

The Garden

The garden covers 3000m2 and includes old barn with workshop and old garden tools, terrace with table, chairs, cushions and umbrella, fire pit with roasting tray, marshmallow sticks, pizza oven, 4,5m trampoline, swings, secret path to the river and ever buzzing life.
